Wenger In Rome – Bad News For Potential Arsenal Signings?

You will all know by now that Arsene Wenger is in Rome for a charity football match.

And if that wasn’t bad enough, we’ve missed out on Falcao as he moves to Manchester United, and now been linked to Jermaine Defoe.

So what does that mean for any potential signings? It’s all quiet on the Arsenal front and as time ticks on, it seems the more likely we’ll have Yaya Sanogoals as our main striker for the next 4 months.

Ah well, to cheer you up here’s a tweet I posted a few days again which is being ridiculed, mainly by fans of Manchester United:

If anything happens in regards to arrivals at Arsenal, I’ll be sure to post about it!

  1. Arsene Wenger will never buy a world class players… Nows its time to kick this shit out from Arsenal. He will never become a manager of a big trophy winner team… He is just a scum bag. He should have sign Falcao ….

  2. I hope wenger is having a nice time in Rome while the best managers are buying top class players. Mr wenger is taking the piss out of the supporters who go a long way in paying his wages he hasn’t got the bottle to pay out for a top player he is simply to scared of failure but all top managers sign players never knowing if it is going to work opt for sure. I don’t even know if what he is doing at the clup when you stop and think he has sighted some crap players over the last few years. Until we get David Dein or somebody like him at the club we ain’t going to get any top players David Dein brought in all the best players we have had at the club since wenger has been there since he was allowed to leave we have sighned mor crap than talent. Well we might make the top 4 this season but I can’t see it and all us supporters will be listening to the same old shit again next year.

  3. Being a hardcore fans of Arsenal it is very painful that Arsenal always miss out the world class players over their rivals club. We are really in need of a new manager… Next Season… Next Season… Be patient Be patient…it ain’t funny for us

  4. I am a hard core fan of Arsenal & will never missed any Arsenal games. Though this season,we have bought 3 established players, but we are still short of a good striker after Girould was injured. Sanonya is still young & not up to the mark in playing high
quality premier league. Hope Arsene can get a good striker just before the window closes today. Worst case scenario if no new striker is recruited, I hope Poldiski will play more often at the centre striker,as he has the experience & skill to do so. f opportunity is given to him,I am sure he will rpoduce the results we are looking for. Cheers Arsenal

  5. Jesse!Another transfer window closing without a big name striker. This man called Wenger should know that he is toying with people’s emotions. Its time for Arsenal fans to stay off our matches, let Wenger and his board members only watch Arsenal matches. What a shame!!!

  6. Must Wenger only buy french players? If he wants to coach France national team,he should apply for it,so he can have access to as many french players as possible and leave Arsenal alone. If you are an Arsenal fan,pls join me to beg this man to leave our club before fans would start dying.

  7. im so annoyed here,is unbelivable that wenger left for rome to officiate a charity match when his supposed to be active in transfer market looking for a way to save our debleted team.this man doesnt correct his mistakes,he has shown that he dont care about the fans heartache.im so angry because im hurt here.mr wenger,mr wenger,mr wenger be careful.you are stepping on the fans toes.a stitch in time saves nine.be warned.
